Job Description

A leading company specialising in the maintenance and management of luxury villas, prestigious residences, and exclusive hospitality properties in Dubai is currently seeking a professional and highly organised Sales & HR Coordinator to join its growing team.

This position is ideal for a commercially driven candidate who understands the expectations of high-end clientele and is confident operating within the luxury property and hospitality environment.

The role combines client-facing sales responsibilities with HR and administrative coordination, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients
Follow up professionally with villa owners, hotel representatives, and property managers
Develop strong relationships with luxury clientele and business partners
Support the negotiation and finalisation of maintenance agreements
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure premium-quality service delivery
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion at all times

HR & Administrative Coordination

Assist with recruitment scheduling and candidate coordination
Prepare onboarding files and employee administrative documentation
Support HR processes including visa follow-up and internal administration
Monitor attendance records and internal reporting procedures
Liaise with finance teams regarding invoicing and LPO tracking
Ensure smooth communication between departments and operational teams

Job Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional, discreet, and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage
Previous experience within luxury property management, hospitality, or maintenance sectors preferred
Comfortable working within a demanding and high-standard environment

Working Conditions

Position: Sales & HR Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract
Schedule: 6 days per week – 9 hours per day
Accommodation: Not provided
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Salary

Salary offered: 15,000 AED per month depending on profile and experience.
