Job Description

An international UHNW family is seeking an experienced Private Tutor (Governor) and Judo Coach to support the all-round development of a young child.

This is a rare, long-term role combining education, character development, and high-level sports coaching within a private household setting. The position is designed for a professional who can deliver a structured and disciplined environment while maintaining a balanced and supportive approach.

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the child’s academic, physical, and personal development over a multi-year programme.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured education focused on discipline, respect, and responsibility.
Support the child’s emotional and behavioural development.
Design and implement a long-term development plan (2 to 4 years).
Provide professional judo coaching and oversee physical training.
Introduce martial arts philosophy and principles into daily routines.
Establish and maintain a consistent and structured daily schedule.
Accompany the child to training sessions, competitions, and travel internationally.
Ensure the child’s safety, well-being, and overall development at all times.

Job Requirements

Strong experience working one-to-one with children (private households or similar).
Proven background in judo, with coaching or competitive achievements.
Relevant qualifications in Physical Education, Sports Science, Coaching, or Pedagogy.
Ability to combine discipline with a structured educational approach.
Conversational level of English required.

Preferred Background

Experience in structured or disciplined environments (e.g. martial arts schools)
Understanding of Eastern philosophies related to training and personal growth
International experience and adaptability

Working Conditions

Location: Between Moscow Region and Dubai
Accommodation: Private accommodation with full board provided
Travel: Regular international travel required
Vacation: 1 month per year or two periods of 15 days (travel covered)
Pre-employment: Medical checks and background verification

Salary

Starting from USD 8,000 per month, depending on experience
