Job Description

A UHNW Principal is seeking a highly organised and professional Travelling Personal & Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both personal and business matters. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.

The role involves close collaboration with the Principal and requires the ability to balance personal assistance, administrative coordination, and executive support in a fast-paced, international environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between the Principal and external contacts, ensuring the smooth management of daily activities, professional commitments, and travel arrangements worldwide.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating within high-level private and professional settings, with the flexibility to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Personal Support

  • Manage the Principal’s personal schedule and daily calendar.
  • Organise international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and travel documentation.
  • Coordinate personal errands and shopping when required.
  • Communicate with household staff across multiple residences.
  • Track and organise medical records, prescriptions, and wellness appointments.
  • Oversee the management of the Principal’s personal belongings across various locations.
  • Travel internationally with the Principal, providing support during trips.
  • Assist with packing and preparation for travel.
  • Anticipate the Principal’s needs and adjust plans proactively when schedules change.
  • Support personal financial administration and banking tasks.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, and other personal service providers.

Executive & Business Support

  • Coordinate business calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage professional travel arrangements related to business commitments.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing notes, presentations, or documentation.
  • Handle professional correspondence including emails, calls, and messages.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and staff communication.
  • Maintain communication with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Support oversight of business banking coordination when required.
  • Manage urgent administrative tasks and time-sensitive requests.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information.
  • Highly proactive with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to irregular schedules and international travel.
  • Comfortable working across both personal and business environments.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting UHNW individuals is an advantage.
  • Experience in yachting or other high-standard service environments is highly valued.
  • University education preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Cairo, Egypt with extensive worldwide travel
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Accommodation: Provided (live-out role)
  • Schedule: Flexible working hours required due to travel and the Principal’s schedule
  • Start Date: As soon as possible (May at the latest)

Salary

€5,000 – €6,000 per month, depending on experience.
