A high-net-worth family based in Wicklow is seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House professional to join their private residence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished hospitality specialist who takes pride in delivering refined, attentive service within a luxury private home. The family is looking for someone personable, discreet, and confident in guest-facing responsibilities, with the ability to anticipate needs and maintain impeccable standards at all times.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-managed environment for both the principals and their guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present dining areas to a high standard.
Deliver professional table service.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of reception and living areas.
Ensure entertaining spaces remain guest-ready at all times.
Provide warm, professional meet-and-greet service.
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails.
Deliver attentive hospitality during private gatherings and small events.
Assist with event preparation and post-event breakdown.
Support the smooth daily operation of the household.

Job Requirements

Previous experience within private households, chalets, yachts, or luxury hospitality environments

Confident communicator with strong guest engagement skills.
Impeccably presented, discreet, and professional.
Skilled in cocktail preparation and beverage service.
Flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
Positive, energetic, and service-oriented mindset.
Fluent spoken English.
Comfortable working within a dynamic and high-standard private setting.

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated front-of-house or hospitality experience.
Strong background in high-end service (luxury hospitality preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when entertaining.
Full, clean driving licence.
Verifiable references.

Working Conditions

Location: Wicklow, Ireland
Contract: Seasonal (November 2026 – May 2027)
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off
Flexibility required during periods of entertaining
Opportunity for long-term continuation subject to performance and household needs

Salary

€45,000 – €55,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
