Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of international HNW and UHNW clients
• Analyse complex household, estate, or business needs and translate them into clear, detailed recruitment briefs
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, discretion, and results
• Maintain exceptional communication standards aligned with luxury-sector expectations

Recruitment & Search Execution

• Manage full recruitment cycles for senior and specialized profiles, including:

  • Private household and estate staff

  • Senior private service professionals

  • Family office, lifestyle, and personal management roles

  • High-end hospitality and service positions

• Source, screen, interview, reference-check, and shortlist candidates in line with agency standards

Candidate Evaluation & Presentation

• Assess candidates beyond technical skills, focusing on:

  • Service culture and luxury standards

  • Discretion, reliability, and personal presentation

  • Cultural and interpersonal fit with UHNW environments

  • International exposure and adaptability

• Present candidates in a structured, professional, and client-ready format

Agency Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams while respecting established recruitment processes and brand guidelines
• Contribute to maintaining the agency’s reputation as a global reference in luxury recruitment
