Full-Time Massage Therapist job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE

Job Description

A high-end mobile wellness provider in Dubai is looking to expand its team with skilled Massage Therapists who deliver outstanding in-home treatments to VIP clientele.

This role is ideal for candidates who excel in guest care, demonstrate exceptional grooming and technique, and represent a refined wellness brand in private residences.

Responsibilities

Deliver premium massage treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Relaxation, and other specialised modalities.
Provide manicure, pedicure, and basic facial services in line with brand protocols and hygiene standards.
Maintain polished presentation, impeccable cleanliness, and a welcoming client approach throughout each appointment.
Follow daily scheduling communicated by the company’s WhatsApp booking support and arrive punctually for each session.
Prepare tools and therapeutic materials, ensuring a calm, professional, and fully equipped setup in every location.
Offer informed aftercare advice and wellness recommendations tailored to client needs.
Operate autonomously in private homes while maintaining strong communication with the operations team.
Respect confidentiality agreements and uphold brand image with discretion and courtesy.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a therapist in wellness, spa, luxury, or hospitality environments.
Competence in manicure, pedicure, and basic facial services is required.
Prior background in the Philippines, Thailand, or Bali spa industry highly valued.
Solid knowledge of multiple massage techniques and client comfort practices.
Professional demeanour, punctuality, and refined grooming essential.
Excellent customer engagement skills with a calm and attentive approach.
Ability to adapt to a high-demand service schedule and varied appointment times.
Availability to begin immediately is preferred.

Full operational support, including WhatsApp scheduling and team coordination

30 days annual leave

Annual bonus of AED 1,000
Tips applicable per service
Flight ticket included
Work independently while being part of a supportive team

Two scheduling packages are available:

Duty Schedule	Monthly Salary
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM	AED 3,500
3:00 PM – 1:00 AM	AED 4,000

Both options include a daily 1-hour break and ongoing operational assistance

Salary

AED 3500-4000 depending on work hours.
