Log inA distinguished private family residing in Sobha Hartland, Dubai, is seeking a professional, detail-focused, and experienced full-time Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in their family villa.
This live-out role offers a long-term, stable opportunity within a respectful and well-managed household. The position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining refined living spaces and has extensive experience caring for luxury homes and fine materials.
Perform daily housekeeping duties, ensuring the villa (4 bedrooms + office) remains spotless and well-presented at all times.
Schedule and complete regular deep-cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
Clean and preserve premium surfaces and fabrics such as silk, velvet, and fine linens with great care.
Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization, following family preferences.
Keep all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen impeccably clean and hygienic.
Provide light kitchen support, including simple meal prep, table setting, and pantry organization (full cooking not required).
Work in close coordination with the House Manager to prioritize daily and weekly household needs.
Maintain the utmost discretion, professionalism, and respect for the family’s privacy.
At least 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury villas or private households.
Expertise in handling delicate materials and luxury finishes.
Proven ability to work independently while following household standards and routines.
Experience working within family households (2 children in residence; no childcare responsibilities).
Exceptional reliability, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Live-out position with housing allowance provided.
6-day work week, with one day off.
Meals provided during working hours.
No pets in the household.
