Connectez-vousA family based in Basse-Goulaine, near Nantes, with two young children aged 5 and 2, is seeking a caring and energetic Nanny to join their household on a full-time basis. This long-term role is ideal for a childcare professional who combines experience with warmth and structure, and who can support the parents in creating a safe, happy, and well-organized environment for their children.
Provide attentive daily care in a nurturing and secure setting.
Collect children from school and nursery and supervise their after-school routines.
Plan age-appropriate activities—educational, creative, and recreational—both indoors and outdoors.
Oversee children’s evening schedules, including snack time, play, bath, and dinner.
Prepare balanced meals for the children; occasional family cooking appreciated.
Maintain tidiness and hygiene in the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings.
Handle children’s laundry, including washing, ironing, and organizing wardrobes.
Support household routines by assisting with light chores.
Ensure consistency with parents’ educational approach and family values.
Provide coverage and assistance during school holidays, particularly in July.
At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role.
Patient, positive, and reassuring, with the ability to provide structure and boundaries.
Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy.
Dynamic personality with genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Comfortable around animals (two cats at home).
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed with the family)
Location: Basse-Goulaine, near Nantes (44)
Start date: Immediate availability preferred
